Understanding between parties.

This is contract between you and All Fence Ltd for the servicing or repair of your automated gate/s.

Please complete and submit the form for All Fence to be able to begin giving you the service or repairs required.

All Fence will to the best of our ability carry out the following;

Annual Service:  (Regular yearly booking) minimum of 2 years.

  1. Check and clean the inside of any isolating switch.
  2. Check and repair any damage to low voltage electrical conduits.
  3. Test and replace any batteries in the remotes provided for correct voltage, if batteries are below the stated capacity we will replace them.  Includes back up batteries, remote batteries, keypad batteries and photocell batteries.
  4. Test for worn wheels or gate rollers that may affect reliability or safety and advise.
  5. Test and clean Photocell internals.
  6. Create a consumables list for the automation components for future supply.  (available to you upon request)
  7. Remove motor covers and clean out any insect or bug infestations.
  8. Spray inside the motor covers with insect barrier.
  9. Check and adjust the motor to gear rack clearance.
  10. Advise any issues found outside of this scope.
  11. Advise a date and time of expected service call.

Casual Service:  (singular, upon request)

  1. Check and clean the inside of any isolating switch.
  2. Check for any damage to low voltage electrical conduits and advise.
  3. Test and replace any batteries in the remotes provided for correct voltage, if batteries are below the stated capacity we will replace them.  Includes back up batteries, remote batteries, keypad batteries and photocell batteries.

  8. Advise any issues found outside of this scope.

Repair Service: (one off upon request)

  1. Attend site and access likely cause of stated problem.
  2. Carry out repairs up to pre agreed price level.
  3. Advise and quote of any repairs over pre agreed price level.

You as the customer will;

Ensure all pets and dogs are locked away regardless of their size or temperament.
Leave all remotes to be tested in a water proof plastic bag in a safe place and provide a photo of where they are for our easy finding.
Agree that you have the authority to request this service and that you are liable for the charges incurred.
Give 14 days notice of cancellation of regular service after the second year.

Charges

Regular servicing has a set price per visit of $250 plus gst.  Minimum of 2 years on a signed contract.
Excluded and charged as separate items include, parts, travel and any repairs over and above the service contract.

Casual servicing, single visit $400 plus gst.
Casual servicing have all time, travel and parts charged against the job.

Repairs minimum charge of $400 plus gst. $80 per hour or part there off after the first 4 hours.
Repairs have all time, travel and parts charged against the job.
You may specify a maximum amount for repairs over the minimum charge without us obtaining your consent to proceed further.

All Fence Ltd reserve the right to amend or alter charges and services from time to time without notice.
